HELLO OHTWO! I know I haven't been here for a long time so... look! I'm back :D And with very very very important information(: The results of our voting of the class chalet: ARANDA EXECUTIVE SUITE IS THE CHOSEN ONE!
Information regarding the timing and who brings which food items will be released at a later date. The total cost of chalet is tentative as we are still looking for a NTUC Union Gold Card member. If any of your parents are members, PLEASE TELL CHUYUN ASAP! The price per person would also be announced when the total number of people going is confirmed.
Concerning the dates : I know many of us are wondering why did we choose to arrange for the chalet exactly a week before our HMT 'O's, so here's the explanation. Week 4: Ass Week Week 5: Intensive Chinese Classes Week 6: Intensive Chinese Classes Week 7: First week of holidays Week 8: HMT 'O's on Wednesday Week 9: Zile, Shiqi, Jolene, Chuyun at OBS Week 10: Scholars return to home country So as you can see, we really don't have much choice. Besides, we don't really have to study for Chinese/Tamil right? Please do try to convince your parents! Afterall, from 24 Oct onwards, you'd still have ONE WEEK to mug for your HMT 'O's! Keep in mind, the more people go, the cheaper the chalet would cost for each of us! So GO GO GO!
On Friday next week (21 September 2007) I will ask who is going (all 3 days? 2 days? 1 day?), who is staying over (1 night? 2 nights?), and who isn't going so that I can start organising the stuffs. Please cooperate. If I do not receive a proper reply by then, I will assume you are going for all 3 days and sleeping over for both nights. Yes, you would then have to pay me.
